What we have to offer

Accommodate up to 6 children
I am registered to care for up to 6 children in my home.  I love to give a family feel to my environment, that is why my home is called Aunty Amy’s.

A well equipped light and bright space

My home is light, bright and well equipped to provide a bespoke curriculum for each child.

Daily routine

Communication is important to me and I respect the wishes of children’s parents with daily routines, diet and religion.

Separate nap room

I provide a separate sleep room for nap times.

A "home from home" environment

Aunty Amy’s is a ‘home from home’ day care, making sure the children I care for, are safe and well looked after, providing them with emotional support and ensuring they feel secure and happy.

Outdoor play area

I provide an outdoor garden with equipment. I am also located in close proximity to multiple parks.

The early years of a child’s life are very important for his or her health and development. Healthy development means that children of all abilities, including those with special health care needs, are able to grow up where their social, emotional and educational needs are met. Having a safe and loving environment is vital: playing, singing, reading, and talking―are all essential. Proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep can also make a big difference.

I supply a fun, creative and caring environment, where we learn together through daily activities that meet the development requirements of all ages of children.

  • Daily tasks such as eating together and tidying up together.

  • Creative play such as painting, colouring, play dough, cooking together and messy play.

  • Books, toys, games and puzzles.

  • Home play, using dressing up and role play.

  • Puppet theatre

  • Music time with instruments, dancing and singing.

  • Outdoor play, working on physical development and caring for our plants.

I will supply a daily book for you to see your child’s routine during the day and track their development.
